Chicken and Rice
Ingredients
- 1 cup of rice
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups of chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Steps
- Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, sauté the onion until translucent.
- Add the chicken and cook until golden brown.
